Terms and Conditions

Cleadon Ear Care provides professional earwax removal using microsuction, irrigation or manual techniques following a full clinical assessment.

Before treatment, a detailed medical history and otoscopic examination will be undertaken to ensure the procedure is safe and appropriate. In some circumstances, treatment may be delayed or declined where contraindications are identified (for example, active infection, recent ear surgery, suspected perforation, or other clinical concerns). Where this occurs, appropriate advice and signposting will be provided.

All treatment is provided in line with professional standards and evidence-based practice. Clients are encouraged to disclose full medical history to support safe care.

Concessionary pricing (including over 65 rates) is offered to support accessibility. All pricing is transparent and published in advance.

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that treatment suitability is determined following assessment and that the clinician retains professional responsibility for safe decision-making.
